Terms that keep every Sinner Street order clear and fair.

These terms apply when you browse, purchase, or request support from Sinner Street. By placing an order, you agree to follow them.

1. Products & orders

We work to keep product descriptions, images, sizes, colours, prices, and availability accurate. An order is accepted when we confirm it. If an item, price, or stock detail is materially incorrect, we may contact you to correct or cancel the affected order and refund eligible amounts.

2. Prices & payment

Prices are shown in Indian Rupees and may include applicable taxes as displayed at checkout. Shipping and other applicable charges are shown before you place the order. Payment must be successfully authorised through an available payment method before fulfilment begins.

3. Delivery

We dispatch orders using the delivery details supplied at checkout. Delivery estimates are indicative and may change because of address issues, weather, carrier delays, public holidays, or events outside our reasonable control. Please provide an accurate, reachable address and phone number.

4. Returns & refunds

Eligible return or exchange requests must be raised within 7 days of delivery. Items should be unworn, unwashed, undamaged, and returned with original tags and packaging.

Bundle offer condition: When an item is purchased under a bundle offer and the bundle discount is more than 10% of the item subtotal, return or replacement requests for size, fit, comfort, or change of mind are not eligible. Damage, wrong-item, missing-item, and manufacturing-defect claims remain eligible when they meet our return criteria and provide an opening video of the package and issue if requested by our support team.

Important return evidence: A clear, unedited video of opening the package and showing the issue may be requested for damage, wrong-item, missing-item, or defect claims. If requested, it must be provided for the claim to be reviewed, subject to rights available under applicable law.

For an approved refund, the product value eligible for refund will be processed through the original payment method where possible. Transaction charges, shipping charges, and any extra charges are not refunded, except where applicable law requires otherwise.

5. Return review

Every request is reviewed against the order, delivery status, item condition, evidence supplied, and the applicable return rules. We may request additional photographs or information before approving a pickup, exchange, or refund.

6. Offers & coupons

Promotions, bundle offers, and coupon codes are subject to their displayed conditions, validity, stock, and eligibility rules. Bundle discounts and coupon discounts cannot be combined unless a specific offer says otherwise. Only one coupon may be used per order.

7. Store content

Product names, photographs, graphics, logos, copy, and other store content belong to Sinner Street or its licensors. You may not copy, reproduce, modify, or commercially use that content without written permission.

8. Support & changes

For order support, use the Contact Support page and include your order number. We may update these terms when our store, services, or legal obligations change. The version displayed on this page applies to future use and orders, subject to applicable law.
