We’re committed to ensuring that every piece of art is represented with quality and respect, while giving customers access to unique, authentic designs. Copyright matters to us. Whether you’re an artist sharing your work, a customer making a purchase, or simply browsing, we ask that you honour and respect the copyright of every creation featured on Sinner Street.
Sinner Street provides its Platform and Services subject to the user’s acceptance of all terms, conditions, policies, and notices set forth herein. By accessing or using the Platform, or by procuring any Services (as defined below) from Sinner Street, the user agrees to be bound by these Terms, which govern the use of the Platform and Services.
By using the Services on the www.sinnerstreet.com, you are agreeing to the Terms of Use including those available by hyperlink, with Sinner Street, which may be updated by us from time to time. ABOUT OUR SERVICES
Sinner Street offers a wide range of services through our Platform to support both artists and customers. These include the ability to publish, showcase, and sell artwork as merchandise such as clothing, footwear, accessories, and other fashion and lifestyle products. Customers can browse, purchase, and engage with unique designs, while artists can promote their work, connect with the community, and benefit from Sinner Street’s end-to-end solutions—covering payment processing, order management, product manufacturing, packaging, fulfilment, and customer support (the “Services”).
HOW TO AVAIL AND USE THE SERVICES?
Services: We grant you a personal, limited, revocable, non-exclusive, and non-transferable license to access the Platform and use the Services strictly as permitted under these Terms. You agree not to use the Platform or Services for any unlawful purpose, or in any way that conflicts with these Terms. Sinner Street reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to suspend, restrict, or terminate any user’s access to the Platform or discontinue the Services at any time, without notice and without liability. You may be required to install certain updates or upgrades to continue using the Platform and/or Services (including fixes, improvements, or security patches). Any updates or upgrades provided to you under these Terms will be deemed part of the Services.
Account: To use the Services offered on the Platform, you must create an account by registering as a user. During registration, we may require certain personal details including (but not limited to) your name, date of birth, address, email ID, phone number, location, and payment details. The collection and use of such information is governed by our Privacy Policy. By accessing or using the Platform and Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not accept these Terms, you may not create an account or use the Services.
Account Security: You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of your account, including your password, all account changes, and all activities that occur under your account. If your password is lost, stolen, hacked, or otherwise compromised, you must notify us immediately. Once notified, we will block the affected account.
By creating an account, you confirm that:
All information you provide is true, accurate, and complete.
You will keep your information updated as necessary.
You will not: (a) impersonate another person; (b) create or use an account on behalf of someone else; (c) register with an email address that is not your own; (d) create multiple accounts; or (e) provide false or misleading information.

Exclusive Membership Subscription(s): We may offer enhanced features or benefits on the Platform through paid subscription plans (“Subscription(s)”).
Introductory Subscription fees are currently ₹499 annually or ₹199 quarterly, inclusive of GST.
Sinner Street reserves the right to revise Subscription fees at any time, without prior notice. However, any change will not affect existing active subscriptions.
Subscription payments may require valid payment details (credit card, debit card, or similar).
Refunds & Cancellations:
Subscriptions are non-refundable and non-transferable if cancelled mid-term by the user.
Sinner Street reserves the right to cancel a subscription in case of misuse or other reasons at our sole discretion. In such cases, fees will be refunded on a pro-rata basis.
Payment Processing: We use third-party payment processors to handle payments. Sinner Street does not store or collect your payment card details; these are provided directly to the third-party processor, whose use of your data is governed by their respective privacy policies. You must provide accurate and complete billing details, including your full name, billing address, state, postal code, phone number, and valid payment method. By submitting this information, you authorize us to charge all applicable subscription fees to your selected payment method.
PRODUCT SERVICES AND INFORMATION
Sinner Street attempts to be as accurate as possible in the description of the product on the Platform. However, Sinner Street does not warrant that the product description, colour, information or other content of the Platform is accurate, complete, reliable, current or error-free. The Platform may contain typographical errors or inaccuracies and may not be complete or current. The product pictures are indicative and may not match the actual product.
Sinner Street reserves the right to correct, change or update information, errors, inaccuracies or omissions at any time (including after an order has been submitted) without prior notice. Please note that such errors, inaccuracies or omissions may also relate to pricing and availability of the product or services.
CONTENT & COPYRIGHT POLICY
You acknowledge that all information, images, data, text, music, sound, photographs, graphics, video, messages, or other materials (collectively, “Content”), whether publicly posted or privately transmitted, are the exclusive property of the person who created such Content.
Sinner Street does not claim permanent ownership of your Content. You retain copyright and any other rights you hold in the Content that you submit, upload, post, display, or sell on or through Sinner Street. However, by submitting such Content, you grant Sinner Street a perpetual, irrevocable, worldwide, royalty-free, non-exclusive, and sub-licensable license to use, archive, and display the Content as reasonably contemplated under this Agreement.
Since Sinner Street cannot always manually screen Content before it appears on the Platform, members may occasionally upload material that violates these Terms.
Prohibited Content: Content is deemed inappropriate if it includes, but is not limited to:
Copyrighted, trademarked, or proprietary material that infringes another’s rights (including privacy, publicity, or intellectual property rights).
Content that vilifies or defames individuals, groups, religions, races, or communities.
Hate speech, discrimination, bigotry, racism, violence, gambling promotion, or incitement to harm.
Misinformation, disinformation, false, misleading, fraudulent, or deceptive claims.
Viruses, corrupted data, malware, or other harmful/disruptive files.
Impersonation of another person or misrepresentation of your affiliation.
Spam, unsolicited promotions, political campaigning, or advertising.
Content violating any applicable laws, rules, or regulations.
Content that threatens the unity, integrity, defense, security, or sovereignty of India; harms relations with foreign states; incites offenses; disrupts investigations; or insults other nations.

You, and not Sinner Street, are solely responsible for the Content you upload, sell, or otherwise make available through the Platform.

Communication & Notifications: By using Sinner Street’s Services, you agree to receive communications (including promotional and informational content) via SMS, Email, or WhatsApp. Once you place an order, you are automatically subscribed to order-related WhatsApp notifications.
Account Limitations & Termination: Without limiting other remedies, Sinner Street reserves the right to:
Limit, suspend, or terminate user accounts or Services,
Prohibit access to the Website,
Delay or remove Content,
Take technical or legal steps against users creating problems, liabilities, or acting inconsistently with these Terms.
We may also cancel unconfirmed accounts or accounts that remain inactive for extended periods, at our sole discretion and without prior notice
DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTY AND LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
This Platform and the Services are provided on an “as is” basis. Sinner Street, its licensors and affiliates make no representations or warranties of any kind (express, statutory or implied) as to the operation of the Platform, provision of Services, or the information, content, materials, included on the Platform, or in association with the Services or any third- party websites or services. Sinner Street will not be held responsible for any unethical, illegal acts performed by the users and the action of each of the users shall be their own responsibility solely. Further, Sinner Street will not be responsible for any harm, accident or injury arising out of the failure of the users to consult qualified health professionals and/or medical practitioners.
SINNER STREET DISCLAIMS ANY AND ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING, BUT NOT LIMITED TO, IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, QUALITY OF SERVICE, AND FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND SHALL NOT BE RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY LOSS OF DATA, LOSS OF PROFITS OR ANY KIND OF MISUSE (STATUTORY OR OTHERWISE) BY ANY OF ITS USERS, OR ANY OTHER INDIRECT DAMAGE OR CONSEQUENCE ARISING FROM OR IN RELATION TO THE USE OF THE SERVICES.

Sinner Street expressly disclaims any obligation(s) to update this Platform or any of the materials available on this Platform. The Company does not warrant the accuracy or completeness of the materials or the reliability of any advice, opinion, statement or other information displayed or distributed through the Platform. You accept and agree that the content on this Platform is for informational purposes only and should not be construed as technical advice of any manner.
Except as provided above, there are no other warranties, conditions, or other terms and conditions, express or implied, statutory or otherwise, and all such terms and conditions are hereby excluded to the maximum extent permitted by applicable law.
