Order Cancellations by Customer
You may request cancellation of your order within 24 hours of placing it or before it has been processed/shipped, whichever is earlier.
Once the order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled. In such cases, you may refer to our Return/Exchange Policy after receiving the product.
We reserve the right to cancel your order under the following circumstances:
The product is out of stock or unavailable.
Issues with payment authorization or incomplete information.
Orders that do not comply with our Terms of Service (e.g., fraudulent transactions).
If your order is cancelled by us, you will be notified promptly, and any payment made will be refunded in full to your original payment method.
Refunds on Cancellation
If the cancellation request is made within the allowed window, we will initiate a full refund within 5–7 business days.
Refund timelines may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.
REFUNDS AND RETURNS POLICY
At Sinner Street, we take pride in offering high-quality fashion and lifestyle products. If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help with returns and refunds under the following terms:
Eligibility for Returns
Products can be returned within 7 days of delivery.
To be eligible, items must be:
Unused, unworn, and unwashed.
In their original condition with all tags, labels, and packaging intact.
Products that are damaged, altered, or missing tags will not be accepted for return.
Certain items such as innerwear, socks, accessories, or clearance sale items may not be eligible for return for hygiene or safety reasons (if applicable).
Return Process
To initiate a return, contact our Customer Support Team at support@sinnerstreet.com within the return window.
Our team will guide you through the pickup or shipping process.
Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you regarding approval or rejection of your return.
Refunds
If approved, refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.
Depending on your bank/payment provider, it may take additional time for the refund to reflect in your account.
Shipping charges, COD charges, or handling fees (if any) are non-refundable.
Exchanges
We currently allow size exchanges for eligible clothing items, subject to stock availability.
If the requested size is unavailable, you may opt for a refund instead.
Non-Returnable / Non-Refundable Items
Products purchased during special sales, promotions, or clearance may not be eligible for return or refund.
Items marked as “Final Sale” cannot be returned or exchanged.
Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a product that is defective, damaged, or incorrect, please notify us within 24 hours of delivery with photographs. We will arrange a replacement or issue a refund at no additional cost.
TERMINATION OF ACCOUNT
Sinner Street may terminate your access to all or any part of its Services at any time, with or without cause, with or without notice, effective immediately. You may terminate your use of the Services at any time. However, you shall continue to be bound by all provisions of these Terms of Use, which shall survive termination, including, without limitation, ownership provisions, warranty disclaimers, indemnity, and limitations of liability.
Sinner Street will terminate your access to the site if you are determined to be, in Sinner Street’s sole discretion, a repeat infringer of the Content & Copyright Policy and/or these Terms of Use.
Sinner Street may, but shall not be obligated to, give you one warning if you have violated these Terms of Use prior to termination of your account.
By accepting the terms and conditions, the user consents to pay Sinner Street the complete amount for the order placed by them from Sinner Street. However, Sinner Street does not control the amount charged to the user by their bank related to their purchase from Sinner Street, to which Sinner Street disclaims any liability in this regard.
INDEMNIFICATION
You hereby agree to indemnify and keep indemnified Sinner Street against all damages, liabilities, costs, expenses, claims, suits and proceedings (including reasonable attorney’s fee) that may be suffered by Sinner Street because of (i) violation of these Terms of Use by you; (ii) violation of applicable laws; (iii) wilful negligence or misconduct on your part in dealing with the Platform.
SEVERABILITY
If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid under any applicable law, such provisions shall be deleted without affecting the remaining provisions herein.
WAIVER
If Sinner Street does not exercise a right under these Terms of Use, such non-exercise shall not constitute a waiver of such right. Waiver of any right, remedy or breach of any subject matter contained in these Terms of Use shall not be viewed as a waiver by Sinner Street, unless specifically agreed by Sinner Street in writing.
FORCE MAJEURE
Sinner Street shall not be liable for any delay or failure of performance in respect of obligations under these Terms, caused by events beyond the reasonable control of Sinner Street, including but not limited to acts of God, wars, insurrections, riots, sabotage, passing or repealing of any law, ordinance, direction, or order by any governmental, statutory, regulatory, or judicial authority, and/or any such event.
ASSIGNMENT
Sinner Street is allowed to assign, transfer, and subcontract its rights and/or obligations under these Terms without any notification. However, You are not allowed to assign, transfer, or subcontract any of Your rights and/or obligations under these Terms.
ENTIRE AGREEMENT
These Terms read along with our Privacy Policy constitute the entire agreement between Sinner Street and You in relation to Your use of this Platform and supersede all prior agreements and understandings between the parties.
THE SINNER STREET MEMBERSHIP
In addition to the other terms and conditions that govern the users of the Website, members of Membership also agree to the following terms and conditions:
The annual membership of ₹ 499 will be valid for a period of 12 months.
The quarterly membership of ₹ 199 will be valid for a period of 90 days.
The membership is non-refundable and non-transferable.
No additional discount codes or discount coupons can be availed of by members.
Sinner Street shall endeavour to offer all its products at discounted rates for members. However, there may be certain circumstances where the rates offered to members shall be the same as those offered to non-members. This includes but is not limited to circumstances where the final price is determined by the artist, where the product/design is unique and necessitates a higher selling price, where the product is available at a discounted rate even to non-members, etc.
Sinner Street reserves the right to terminate/suspend a user’s Membership if we determine that the user has violated the rules of Membership or misused it in any way and/or has been involved in activities which are fraudulent/unlawful in nature. Sinner Street’s decision in this regard shall be final and binding. In such event, Sinner Street shall refund the last amount paid by the user for joining/renewing their membership.
Sinner Street reserves the right to modify the terms and conditions of Membership at any point, without prior intimation to the users. In case of a substantial alteration of benefits to members, Sinner Street may, at its sole discretion, refund the last amount paid by the user for joining/renewing their membership.
Sinner Street reserves the right to alter or modify the cost of the Membership at any time, without prior intimation to the user.
GOVERNING LAW & JURISDICTION
The Platform and/or the Services are controlled, hosted, and operated from India.
This Agreement will be governed by the laws of India without regard to conflicts of law provisions thereof. All disputes relating to or arising out of this Agreement shall be resolved in the courts located in Mumbai, and the parties hereby consent to the jurisdiction of such courts.
